   Payment information: When you donate online we record your name, email and phone number, the donation amount and purpose, the payment gateway transaction ID, the date and time, and only the last four digits of your card for identification.

   We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. That information goes directly to Meezan Bank Limited’s secure payment page, which our system cannot access.

2. Use of Information
   Your information is used only to process donations, issue receipts, communicate updates, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

3. Data Security
   We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

   Our website uses SSL encryption. Payments are processed through the E-Commerce Payment Gateway of Meezan Bank Limited, which meets the card industry’s security standards (PCI DSS).

   We retain donation records for at least 18 months so that we can respond to a chargeback or dispute, as the card scheme rules require.

   Online payments are handled by the E-Commerce Payment Gateway of Meezan Bank Limited. During payment you are taken briefly to the bank’s secure page.

   Anything you enter on that page goes directly to the bank, not to us. The bank is bound by its own privacy policy and by card industry rules.

   When the payment finishes, the bank tells us only whether it succeeded, the transaction ID, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
